★★★★★

Getting kids off the streets, reconciling them with their families, and enter their re-written stories is inspiring. However, what’s most encouraging is empowering these families to own, and fully participating in this re-writing of their stories… This is what keeps me going everyday for the last 4 years.

Sponsorship Unto Wholeness for $ 48/Month

Sponsorship helps families by relieving the weight exerted on them by needs unmet. School fees, Uniform and other scholastic materials. This allows families to attend to other expenses. This is how stories are re-written. Sponsorship also allows for attending to the below areas…

1

Community and Connection

We strive to decrease the impact of life’s hardships and hurdles that are brought about by poverty. We focus on community re-integration, and restoring dignity. We host weekly Center Days where they enjoy a meal, reading, play games, learn theatre and culture, and hear about Christ.

2

Discovery of Self

We believe in attending to the needs of the whole being; emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. By doing so we cultivate hope for these children, their families, and the whole community at large. We attend to basic health care whether it falls under Government-sponsored insurance or not, spirituality, counseling Mental health services, nutrition, and family dynamics.

3

Education

We are restoring dignity and a place in society through literature and critical thinking. Sponsored students receive school fees, uniforms, and scholastic materials. Through creativity, “we are not engaged in making ideas safe for students. We are engaged in making students safe for ideas.” Dr. Clark Kerr.
